The second talk on May 17 will feature internationally acclaimed actress and singer/songwriter Charlotte Gainsbourg in conversation with Variety’s Angelique Jackson. Gainsbourg can currently be seen as the co-lead of Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino’s newest series “Étoile” for Prime Video, starring opposite Luke Kirby. 

On May 18, Nicole Kidman will speak in conversation with Variety’s Jackson. Kidman is set to receive Kering’s milestone 10th Women in Motion Award at the Festival de Cannes. Kidman will succeed NBCUniversal Entertainment & Studios Chairman Donna Langley, Jane Fonda, Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon, Isabelle Huppert, Patty Jenkins, Gong Li, Salma Hayek Pinault, Viola Davis and Michelle Yeoh. 

On May 19, Dakota Johnson and Ro Donnelly, co-founders of Tea Time Pictures, will talk with Jackson about “Splitsville.” Johnson and Donnelly produced the film, written and directed by Michael Angelo Covino, which is premiering at the festival. Johnson also stars in the film. 

On May 20, Jackson will moderate a conversation with actress/singer Taraji P. Henson and Dr Stacy L. Smith, founder of the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative.  Finally, on Friday, May 23, Carla Simón will speak with Jackson about her latest film “Romería,” which is premiering at the festival. “Romeria” is the third film Simón

They should be nauseating. There they are, Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin, two of the world’s most genetically blessed individuals, legs intertwined as they pose on a ’70s shag rug. There they are, holding hands in matching bathrobes between shots. These two literally refuse to lose touch with each other. And yet, somehow, it’s actually pretty damn cute.

For all their PDA, online and IRL, there’s still a sense of mystery to Dylan, the 26-year-old former child actor turned adult actor and mead entrepreneur, and Barbara, the 25-year-old model who has been one of the most in-demand faces in the world for nearly a decade, as a couple. “He slid into my DMs,” Palvin confirms, situated on a couch somewhere in Staten Island, New York, where the pair have just wrapped their first photo shoot together. “She followed me, so I was like, I guess I’ll give her something. And I slid into her DMs,” Sprouse says. “I was like, ‘Hey, I don’t know if you’re in New York for very long, but we should hang out if you want to. Here’s my number.’ And she didn’t message me for six months.”

The 27-year-old actress admitted that when she is away from glamorous red carpet events or not on set in front of a camera, she will opt for minimal mascara, keep her hair down and "doesn't really do a lot" with her beauty routine in general.She told InStyle: "In my day-to-day life, I'm pretty simple. I let my hair be natural and down, and then maybe a little mascara and some concealer when I break out. And I love blush. But other than that, I don't really do a lot."

But when it is time for the the 'Euophoria' star to get ready for a public event, she enlists the help of an entire glam team and she has various different strategies to achieve the look that she wants to present to the world.She said: "I have an amazing glam team [Melissa Hernandez and Glen Coco], who I have relied on heavily. I don't know how to do half the stuff they do. They're both incredible artists. We definitely work as a unit, including Molly Dickson, my stylist. We all communicate and collaborate. We're like, 'Okay, is this gonna be a hair moment? Is this gonna be a wardrobe moment? Maybe it's a makeup moment.'

"We all create mood boards, and we pass them around for every event. We're all very hands on."Ultimately, the 'Anyone But You' actress thinks of her personal fashion sense as "casual, comfortable, and cute" and made sure to take home some of her jeans that she wore a lot of on the second season of 'Euphoria' because they were a "perfect" fit for her.

She said: "Casual, comfortable, and cute."On Euphoria season two, I took a lot of Cassie's jeans because they were perfectly tailored to me. But I don't really keep much fashion-wise from my characters, because I don't like to bring my characters into my personal life. And so I've never really thought about taking a lot of clothes from them. Maybe I should."

Earlier today, distributors A24 shared another trailblazing snippet depicting modern love.“What’s a couple inches? Watch the new trailer for Materialists, a fresh take on the math of modern love from Academy Award nominated writer-director Celine Song.”

The movie features Dakota playing the role of a match maker, who is struggling to find the right guy for herself. Her business faces complications when she falls into a toxic love triangle that threatens her clients.Fans are already very excited for the movie and are eagerly waiting for it to release in theatres.“We need this movie,” wrote one fan. Meanwhile another commented, “It looks beautiful”.

A third excited fan express, “Early 2000s-esque rom com this summer with a star-studded cast? We are so back.”Song’s directorial also stars Dasha Nekrasova, Louise Jacobson and Zoe Winters. The much-anticipated rom com is slated to release in cinemas on June 13.
