The actress, who recently admitted she’s never had any Botox, has said her youthful appearance is due to meditation and frequency machines.

The Oscar-winning screen star spoke about her beauty routine on last week’s episode of Kelly Ripa’s SiriusXM podcast Let’s Talk Off Camera. Kelly, 52, after gushing about Salma’s beauty asked if she has still never used Botox.

‘No Botox!,’ Salma confirmed. ‘You’re amazing,’ Kelly said. ‘I know what it is,’ Salma said. ‘Because of a lot of things in my body and health issues, somehow I developed this strange meditation that I keep evolving. I can do it for hours because you don’t feel the time, and it’s so much fun.’

She explained that it was a different type of meditation than thinking of nothing. Salma said she uses radio frequency and micro-frequency machines to тιԍнтen her skin and believes she gets better results due to her meditation practice.
